Frequently asked questions

  1. We build websites that convert.

Our web design philosophy focuses on a well rounded holistic approach. Coding is backed by research and creatively implemented as part of a whole business philosophy.

Design is specific and supports branding. Marketing is combined with design. Most web designers or web developers do not implement this concept into their work.

    2. We build long term relationships with clients.

With over 20 years of experience with business management, business customers and technology, we have consulted many companies across the globe. Most clients stick with me long term. We are not a “one and done”.  We provide services that support your business long term.

Our main communication will be through email. However, live chat, video, phone, and/or screenshare options are available upon request with advanced notice. Please note that we cannot be on screenshare while developing as this is disruptive and we need to focus on the project itself.

We will be emailing back and forth for reviews and confirmations as our project goes along. You are welcome to request a phone call or video meeting at any time through my appointment link.

Everything WordPress and digital marketing! This includes customization, marketing and coding.

It depends on the requirements of the project. Each project is different so it’s hard to give an exact cost without discussing your specifications first. You can request a free proposal to discover your options.

We quote the entire project for two reasons: you know what to expect and there is never a worry about going over budget. Some services have flat rates (such as speed optimization and bug fixes). If you require a project to be hourly just let me know upfront. In that case, hours are tracked via Harvest or your preferred tracking software.
